Would not let me adopt a cat, because in the application I answered yes to giving my cat the ability to go outside... I thought adopting a cat was to allow them to have more freedom, instead they believe that every owner would simply neglect the cat and lose them outside. Also the cat I wanted got taken even after i filled out 2 applications 2 weeks before someone even applied for the cat I wanted. Furthermore the person, who handles the applications just simply read that one question(apparently its a trick question in a adoption application...)and crossed me out, without even telling me the reason why, and I was simply ignored. I waited 2 weeks for nothing, but terrible service and sadness as the cat I grew a relationship with was taken from me. I am never coming back to this establishment after the damage they have done to me emotionally.
I wish there were an option to give 0 stars! This afternoon I took my 2 European retrievers to be groomed and what a nightmare! Not only did the groomers mislead me by driving the prices up without my knowledge or consent but they were completely careless in caring for my babies. So after arguing with a very rude woman for 25+ minutes at the register and paying 173$ for lord knows what we came home. Upon looking them over we noticed that my male dog had one of his paw pads burned pretty badly, assuming it occurred while they were doing his nails!!!! We were NOT INFORMED that they have burned him at all! I'm furious! I wish I could add the photo to show everyone. I will NEVER use their grooming service again and won't be shopping for our pets needs at that location ever again! Stay far away from that place.

I’m in this location on a weekly basis buying food and toys for my two kittens. Normally I have a good experience but today the cashier was ignorant. Went their around 930 this morning. Cashier would not even acknowledge me. Told her to have a good day when she finally did check me out and she rolled her eyes and turned her back to me. She needs some guidance on customer service. Even a fake smile will do.
Always clean and have the products I a. There to purchase. I love to see the cats for adoption. I can't go in there without stoppi g to read their stories. Wish they could write them a little darker. They are hard to read.
