I choose to use Tait Roofing because they are local and I see the signs around a lot in town. While under agreement of sale I needed an estimate on my new property. I felt very assured my the professionalism of the office staff that I would receive my estimate within the time frame discussed. Now I have been strung along for over a week longer than discussed with no estimate or straight answer.
Called these guys for an estimate. Apparently they are so big they don't need new customer because they told me they aren't accepting new customers right now. Not sure what kind of business turns away new business but am I sure it's one I won't come back to.
The office staff is great, but that isn't getting my roof fixed!
I now have to go into settlement not having an idea of how much I will be spending on the roof.
