Bought from 2 guys who were represented by Mr. Brown. He showed up over 30 minutes late the day of our close. Forgot several documents that are required to be in place before the house could be officially closed. We have had problems with the house since the buying it, and he is not returning phone calls form our real estate agent. I could not think of a more unprofessional way to conduct yourself.
