This was not our first time using Transtar. As in the past , the crew was excellent ! They were very professional and took care of all our concerns. Moving is always stressful. Do yourself a favor and have Transtar do it for you. They are a first class operation !!
Transtar moved us out of our house and into storage for the time being. Everything went better than I could have hoped! The price was fair, communications both before and during the move were excellent. Ryan H., Dave R., Reese H. And Lee B. did an excellent job for us. They arrived right on time, toured the house with us and got right to work. The team has neat, friendly & courteous, very efficient, and finished 15 minutes ahead of schedule. All furniture was disassembled and well-wrapped, floor were covered and large pictures and mattresses boxed-up. It was a pretty hot day and we have a lot of furniture & boxes that required 1 3/4 straight trucks. We had no problems at all.
Transtar was an excellent company to deal with especially under a very stressful time. Every employee was friendly from beginning to end. Each mover came in and introduced themselves which I thought was nice. Move was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Transtar !!
