Had a very positive experience today at the Burlington County Corner when my wife and I went to renew our passports. The lady(Claudia) that we dealt with was a real gem, soft spoken and very knowledgeable as well as being very customer focused answering all our questions that we had. We can highly recommend using them for anyone needing passports in the area.

The employee was very helpful. She made suggestions for our forms, helped with corrections without a complaint and was so friendly. This is the second time I have been there, same experience both times. They never seemed annoyed or frustrated even though there were a lot of people there. Good customer service!
The website clearly states that they accept passport applications till 4:30 pm on Saturday. But, they just told me they can’t accept after 3:30. This is unacceptable, what’s the meaning of information on website if you can’t honor it?
I suggest using the facility when you need knowledgeable, friendly people to walk you through all the steps you need to secure your passport. Having lost my passport in a recent move, the ladies were very quick to ensure all the paperwork was done completely, and saw issues that might have caused the application to be rejected prior to processing.
They assured me the passport would be in hand in less than 2 weeks with expidated service and it took only 7 business days from drop off to arrival at my home..
