Once I got home and actually looked at my nails I had noticed how poor of a job Cindy had done on my nails. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go back until the following morning to complain. At that point, I wanted a refund due to frustration I had with my whole experience. Cindy offered to fix my nails but I declined and stated how I wanted a refund due to the fact that I had 2 young children with me and no desire to spend anymore of my time in that salon that I was in for 1 1/2 hours the day before. After telling me to get my card for a refund, Cindy then proceeded to call the police to avoid having to refund me.
Woweeeeeeeee!!! What a gem :) Sara and Cindy are truly wonderful at what they do and sooo warm! The quality of their work surpasses any expectations I had. I am almost reluctant to write how good they are since it would be nice to keep this a secret :) ...but if you are like me and have had awful experiences at other salons you will definitely want to begin coming here! They are too good not to share!
My first time at this nail salon will be my last time for quite a few reasons.
Blooming nails is great!! My first visit they made me feel as comfortable as possible. My next visit I was a few minutes late and they still kept my appt. As a priority I was ecstatic!
Needless to say, I will not be going back to this place and will be sure to continue to inform people of the horrible customer service that I received from this establishment.
I walked into the nail salon and told them I was there for a full set. I sat down and was asked if I wanted the UV Gel nails. I informed the nail technician, Cindy, that I only wanted to do acrylic. After cutting my fingers approximately 4 different times and then putting rubbing alcohol on my cut fingers, she took out the acrylic to apply on my nails. I looked at the acrylic only to find out that it was the UV Gel that I already said I didn't want. I asked her if what she was using was acrylic and she said "No, this is much better and only $10 more". I then again stated that I only wanted acrylic. Once I reiterated that I did not want the UV Gel, Cindy got up and walked away for approximately 10/15 minutes. After coming back to do my nails, Cindy had gotten up and walked away 3 more times to help other customers. I was at this salon for a total of an hour and a half for a service that should have only taken 45 minutes.
Went there the other day, the service was excellent! I had Cindy, she spent a lot of time on my hands. Very clean, professional, and relaxing. Definitely will be going back
