Got two books here recently. The rep found my book quickly and she was very friendly. They want to connect and give you reasons to come back and aren't annoying about it. Cafe is nice to sit and read. Music section is meh. If a casual stroll through the store is your thing, it's quite nice.
Always love going to the book store! The staff is always helpful, and I always find interesting books and magazines.
A typically big box book store. Wonderful atmosphere in a great community. Only complaint which isn't that big of a deal is that I miss they offered more outlets or charging stations in the cafe area of studying and such.
Had question about a particular book, salesman who greeted was very polite and purposely escorted us to the location of the book. He waited while we browse through the book and asked if there was anything else that he could help us with. We didn't have any, he politely thanked us, wished us a good day and went on his way. After visiting other stores, he was the best salesman of my day. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. This was at the Moorestown store
A man, I didn't catch his name , helped me with a sensitive subject and showed such compassion and real knowledge that I was immediately put at ease! He works customers service and called customers by their name. You don't find that kind of service anynore!! Very refreshing,!!
