Worst Panera experience I’ve ever had. Took 10 mins to order and another 25 for them to spoon soup in a paper cup... I understood that it isn’t “fast food”, but I only have 30 mins for lunch. first and last time for this store. The line (waiting for already purchased food) was out the door...
The service and food is great . The staff is very accommodating if they run out of what you ordered , and they are very attentive with details. It is always clean and the staff is very helpful. Sometimes they even offer to take your plate for you when your done eating! I have been to many panera breads throughout New Jersey and even other states when on vacation and this by far is one of my favorite locations to order from. Often times , if I have the time I will drive the extra couple minutes past the location in mount laurel just to come to this one . I have ordered from on the go before and they always have let me know if something is missing from my order and give me the option to replace it with something that they are in stock of. One time I ordered from on the go and they ran out of multiple items before they were able to fill my order, the manager seemed to be there waiting with my order and gave us options to replace what was missing. She even gave us a free pastry for our troubles, which I thought was very considerate !
Great Healthy food and very nice staff But start putting more food and soup on the plate Not on a diet
